On-Site Support

The on-site support will be provided to customers if the problem cannot be solved via telephone, however, a fee will be charged to customer if on-site support is required.

Swap and Repair Service

  . Defective unit will be replaced at no cost if the unit is within warranty period
  . Minor repair service will be provided if the unit is after warranty period
